Several feature films have been filmed so far, based on the books academician Milković wrote, in addition to numerous TV and radio guest appearences and newspaper interviews devoted to the research and inventions described in his publications.

Numerous scientific papers as well as seminars, master's and master's theses are based on his work, research and books he wrote.

Veljko Milković's books are translated to several world languages (english, italian, esperanto).

The Italian association "ASSE - Associazione Studiosi Scienze Eterodosse" (https://asse.altervista.org) and the publisher of "Altra Scienza" have translated Veljko Milkovic's book "Anti-Gravity Engine" into Italian and published it in e-book format in January 2007.

His books have been accepted in addition to national and internationally renowned libraries, including the Library of Congress in Washington, DC, and his publications can be found in the British Library in London, as well as in the Russian State Library in Moscow and Alexandria Library in Alexandria, Egypt.
