Academician Veljko Milković has filed another patent application based on the technology of the two-stage mechanical oscillator. The latest patent is titled Electrogenerator with Magnets Driven by a Two-Stage Oscillator, and this patent application was published by the Intellectual Property Office (ZIS) in the Official Bulletin of Intellectual Property in November 2024.
The concept of using a two-stage mechanical oscillator to generate electricity is one of the greenest solutions available today. Veljko Milković filed six patent applications related to electricity generation using a two-stage mechanical oscillator between 2000 and 2008, all related to the original version of this mechanism. One of these patents is the Electric Generator with a Pendulum and Magnetic Bumpers from 2000.
Milković’s latest patent relates to an improved version of the electrogenerator with magnets driven by a two-stage mechanical oscillator with an elastic pendulum and a lever holder. The improved concept was first presented in September 2024. The main difference between the original and the improved version of the electrogenerator lies in the design of the oscillator. The oscillator relies on the elastic pendulum and lever holder, which allow for greater oscillation efficiency. The patent itself refers to an application that has already been presented with the basic version of the oscillator, with the new version offering improvements in the lever holder and elastic pendulum design.
